The information we collect and store

We may collect and store the following information when running our Services.​

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the Services, you may be required to provide below mentioned PII through your Google Account, which may include

• Google Account Information (Email address & profile information)

• Payment and Billing Information. Credit card number, banking information and billing and shipping addresses.

• Corporate or Enterprise Purchasing Data.  For single-sign on purchases.

Information collected or accessed within your Google account is required for actions performed by the user within the add-on. Information collected for payment is required for purchasing subscriptions and monitoring subscription status.​

While the collection of above mentioned information is reasonably necessary for the delivery of our Services, we will not collect or disclose more personal information than is reasonably necessary to provide our software Services.

Retention of Your Personal Information

We will retain your Personal Information as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We will retain and use your PII as necessary to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our assets, and enforce our agreements. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your PII, we will either delete it, anonymize it or securely store your PII and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Controlling Your Personal Information

Our marketing emails permit you to "opt-out" of or “unsubscribe” from receiving further marketing emails. Certain jurisdictions, for example the EEA and California, provide their residents certain privacy rights under applicable law, including, as applicable, the right to object to or restrict the processing of PII, to transfer PII (data portability), to delete your PII, or to request that we correct any inaccuracies or otherwise update your PII.

We will respond to such requests in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection laws. Please note that in order to fulfill your request, we may need you to provide certain information to verify your identity.

These choices do not apply to service notifications or other required communications that are considered part of the Services, which you may receive periodically unless you stop using or cancel the Services in accordance with its terms and conditions. Moreover, certain PII may be exempt from such requests in certain circumstances, which may include circumstances where we need to keep processing your PII for our legitimate interests or to comply with a legal obligation.​

The above information will be stored in Vizly Corporation’s Google account.​

Usage Data

In addition, when you use our Services, the following types of information may all be logged implicitly if the script error occurs ("Usage Information"):

• Error type - Info, Warning, Error

• Date and time stamp of the error

• Script runtime errors with code trace

• Google Analytics of product information page​

How we use your information

We use your information:

• to provide and improve our Services

• to administer your use of our Services

• to better understand your needs and interests

• to personalize and improve your experience

• to provide or offer software updates and product announcements

• to enhance current, and develop new, products and Services

If you submit Personal Information to us during support email/phone, we will only use it for the purpose you requested or for which it is collected or for any purpose you subsequently authorize. Vizly Corporation will never sell your information or release it to third parties unless legally required to do so.

 

How we collect usage data​

We use this information for the above purposes and to monitor and analyze use of our Services, for the Service’s technical administration, to increase our Service’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to verify users have the authorization needed for our Services to process their requests.​

As of the date this policy went into effect, we use Google Analytics to track anonymous usage of our Google Workspace add-ons and product information page.​

The Privacy Policy of Google Analytics is available online, as is information on how to opt out of that service.​

Payment information

Vizly Corporation uses Stripe for payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy). If you wish to dispute a charge by mail or telephone please contact Stripe or us at contact@wrapify.tech. Vizly Corporation complies through Stripe for providing refunds for unauthorized charges. When you make a charge, Stripe shall display a completed charge screen. This is your electronic receipt. You should print or save this electronic receipt for your records.

Information sharing and disclosure

​Vizly may use certain trusted third party companies and individuals to help us provide, analyze, and improve our Services (Stripe, Google). These third parties may have access to your information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf and under obligations similar to those in this Privacy Policy. As of the date this policy went into effect, we use:

Service Providers used for business functions:

• Google Analytics to collect, analyze and report usage data

• Stripe to collect and report subscription data for premium users

Service Providers used for the technical infrastructure of our Add-ons:

• Google Account Services 

We are careful when contracting with third parties. We only contract and share data with third parties that are consistent with our own policies. If we ever contract with a future company we will make sure they are consistent with our policies, otherwise we will seek your consent again before sharing PII.

Removing the add-ons & services

​To delete your account, please remove the Wrapify Add-ons from your [Google Drive Permissions] (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions?pli=1) and remove the add-on(s) associated with Vizly/Wrapify user content from your Google Drive.​

Linked Sites​

Our Services may contain links to other websites (Stripe, Google etc.) whose privacy practices may differ from those of Vizly. If you submit personal Information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of the website you visit.​

Security

Vizly takes reasonable steps to help protect Information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. Vizly expressly disclaims any representation or warranty, whether express or implied, with respect to offering any definitive promise of security in connection with the anonymous information we collect.​
